About Me

My career has been shaped by a passion for communicating.

As a television anchor, producer, and reporter for more than a decade, I honed my craft as a journalist and writer. My ability to investigate stories and present news to viewers while under deadline, served me well after leaving the broadcast industry. 
I took my affection for the written word and worked as a media relations specialist crafting and shaping content to meet clients' needs. Later, as faculty at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Director of the Center for Media Production and Research, my excitement for live television influenced a new generation of budding media professionals.

 

I have worked with various for-profit and not-for-profit organizations; conceiving, creating, and completing content in a variety of mediums. As a professional storyteller with a reputation for fairness, accuracy, and unique perspective, I strive to inform and captivate audiences.
